Shree Cement Limited (" the Company") has developed a mobile application named SCL

Isaac ("the Application"), which is made available to the users as a free Application, and the

Company, as the provider of the Application (“Us” / “Our”), offers this service at no cost and

intends for users to utilize the Application in its current state;

This document is published in accordance with the provisions of the Information Technology

(Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021 that require publishing

the rules and regulations, privacy policy and terms of use for access to or usage of the

Application.

The Company remains committed in respecting the privacy of every person who shares

personal information with us, including their name, address, phone number, email address,

date of birth, and any other descriptive information that you may provide about yourself and/or

that may be used to identify such individual ("Personal Information") through the SCL Isaac

("Application"). This Privacy Policy governs the collection, use, and disclosure of personal

information by the employees of the Company.

This Privacy Policy ("Policy") is hereby entered into between the User and the Company,

acknowledging the paramount significance of privacy and the diligent measures undertaken

to ensure the safeguarding of the information received from the User. By accessing or utilizing

our services, the User agrees to be legally bound by the provisions set forth in this Policy.

1. Eligibility:

a) The Application shall be made exclusively to Users capable of entering into legally binding

contracts in accordance with the provisions set forth under Indian Contract Act, 1872

("Contract Act"). Individuals classified as "incompetent to contract" within the meaning of the

Contract Act including minors, un-discharged insolvents etc. shall be ineligible to use the

Application. By using the Application, You herby affirm, represent and warrant that: (i) You

have attained at least eighteen (18) years of age and are not legally barred from entering into

contractual obligations by law; (ii) You are willingly and voluntarily entering into these Terms;

(iii) You are an Indian citizen and a lawful resident of India; (iv) You are an employee of the

Company and governed by the Company Policies (v) Your use of the Application or the

services availed through it do not violate any applicable law and regulation of India.

The term “User” as used in this Policy shall refer to any individual who, with the intent of

hosting, publishing, sharing, transacting, viewing, displaying, downloading or uploading

information accesses or avails any computer or mobile resource of an intermediary or a

publisher for the purpose of and includes other persons jointly participating in using such

computer resource. They are also referred as “You”.

The purpose of this Policy, as amended from time to time, is to give the Information Providers

an understanding on how the Company intends to collect, receive, possess, store, transfer,

handle, deal with and use the Sensitive Personal Information provided. Sensitive Personal

Information of the Information Providers may be required to be collected, maintained and

transferred for business and official purposes with the express consent of the Information

Providers. Such Sensitive Personal Information may have to be shared with other companies

or third party, within and outside the country, as per lawful business requirements of the

Company. If You choose to use our Service, then You agree to the collection and use of

information in relation to this policy. The Personal Information that we collect is used for

providing and improving the Service. We will not use or share your information with anyone

Usage Data is collected automatically while using the Service. We may also collect information

that Your browser sends whenever You visit our Service or when You access the Service by

or through a mobile device.

During the utilization of Our Application, for the purpose of facilitating the functionalities

inherent to Our Application, we may lawfully gather, upon obtaining Your explicit consent:

• Details pertaining to your precise geographical coordinates

• Visual imagery and supplementary data sourced from the camera and photo

repository of Your Device

• Personal information contained within your contact list and address book.

We use this information to provide better features in Our Service, to improve and customize

Our Service. The information shall be used for complying with legal obligations, including tax

and labour laws, provision of employee benefits, training, and development and maintaining a

safe and secure work environment. The information may be uploaded to the Company's

servers and/or a Service Provider's server or it may be simply stored on Your device.

You can enable or disable access to this information at any time, through Your Device settings.

Limitation on Information to be shared

The laws required that the rules and regulations, privacy policy or user agreement of the

intermediary shall inform the user of its computer resource not to host, display, upload, modify,

publish, transmit, store, update or share any information that, (i) belongs to another person

and to which the user does not have any right; (ii) is defamatory, obscene, pornographic,

paedophilic, invasive of another‘s privacy, including bodily privacy, insulting or harassing on

the basis of gender, libellous, racially or ethnically objectionable, relating or encouraging

money laundering or gambling, or otherwise inconsistent with or contrary to the laws in force;

(iii) is harmful to child; (iv) infringes any patent, trademark, copyright or other proprietary

rights;(v) violates any law for the time being in force;(vi) deceives or misleads the addressee

about the origin of the message or knowingly and intentionally communicates any information

which is patently false or misleading in nature but may reasonably be perceived as a fact; (vii)

impersonates another person; (viii) threatens the unity, integrity, defence, security or

sovereignty of India, friendly relations with foreign States, or public order, or causes incitement

to the commission of any cognisable offence or prevents investigation of any offence or is

insulting other nation; (ix) contains software virus or any other computer code, file or program

designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer resource; (x) is patently

false and untrue, and is written or published in any form, with the intent to mislead or harass

a person, entity or agency for financial gain or to cause any injury to any person;

Use of Your Personal Data

The Company may use Personal Data for the following purposes:

 To provide and maintain our Service, including to monitor the usage of our Service.

 To manage Your Account: to manage Your registration as a user of the Service. The

Personal Data You provide can give You access to different functionalities of the

Service that are available to You as a registered user.

the purchase contract for the products, items or services You have purchased or of

any other contract with Us through the Service.

forms of electronic communication, such as a mobile Application's push notifications

regarding updates or informative communications related to the functionalities,

products or contracted services, including the security updates, when necessary or

reasonable for their implementation.

 To provide You with news, special schemes and general information about other

goods, services and events which we offer that are similar to those that you have

already purchased or enquired about unless You have opted not to receive such

information.

 To manage Your requests: To attend and manage Your requests to Us.

 For sharing it with Governmental Authorities: We may share Your information with any

Governmental Authority in course of any enquiry undertaken by them.

 For other purposes: We may use Your information for other purposes, such as data

analysis, identifying usage trends, determining the effectiveness of our promotional

campaigns and to evaluate and improve our service, products, design.

The Company may disclose Employees' personal information in the following circumstances:

- a) To other service providers who assist in the delivery of services; b) To comply with legal

obligations and regulatory authorities. c) In response to valid requests from law enforcement

information gathered during field visits with the team for promoting sales.

The Company will take appropriate measures to ensure that any third parties receiving

Employees' personal information protect it in a manner consistent with applicable privacy laws.

Retention of Your Personal Data

The Company will retain Your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes

set out in this Privacy Policy. We will retain and use Your Personal Data to the extent

necessary to comply with our legal obligations (for example, if we are required to retain your

data to comply with applicable laws), resolve disputes, and enforce our legal agreements and

policies.

You have the right to delete or request that We assist in deleting the Personal Data that We

have collected about You. Our Service may give You the ability to delete certain information

about You from within the Service. You may update, amend, or delete Your information at any

time by signing in to Your Account, if you have one, and visiting the account settings section

that allows you to manage Your personal information. You may also contact Us to request

access to, correct, or delete any personal information that You have provided to Us.
